How does the ordering process work?Once you place your order, we start building your PC based on your chosen specs. After assembly, we run performance and stress tests to ensure everything is running perfectly. Once approved, we package it securely and ship it to your door—ready to plug in and game.

How does Custom PC Process Work?After entering information from our Custom PC Section. We will Design and Plan the best possible PC and Price for your Order. After the Design Process is done, We will send you a quote. Upon Accepting the Quote and Placing the Order, We will order and Build Your Custom Rig.

How long does it take to receive my PC?Build times usually take 5–10 business days depending on demand and component availability. Shipping typically takes 2–5 business days after the build is complete.
